• Patients to securely own, manage, and share their medical records.
• Doctors, pharmacies, and hospitals to access patient records with permission.
• Institutions to streamline compliance, record-keeping, and interoperability.
• We may add, update, or remove features over time to improve our services.

User Responsibilities

• Patients
• Provide accurate personal and medical information.
• Manage access permissions responsibly.
• Use the platform for lawful health-related purposes only.
• Healthcare Professionals
• Submit valid licenses and credentials for verification.
• Use the platform in compliance with medical regulations.
• Protect patient confidentiality at all times.
• Institutions
• Ensure affiliated staff are properly credentialed.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare standards (HIPAA, GDPR, or local equivalents).

Account Security

• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and wallet access.
• Report unauthorized use immediately to contact@allofhealth.africa.
• We may suspend accounts involved in suspicious or fraudulent activity.

Data Usage & Privacy

• Patient data remains under patient control.
• All data transactions are secured using blockchain and encryption.
• We do not sell your personal health information to third parties.

Payments & Subscriptions

• Continued use requires subscription or token payments.
• Payments may be made via local currency or LISK tokens.
• A platform fee (10%) applies to transactions involving tokens.

Prohibited Activities

• Users may not:
• Misrepresent identity or credentials.
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or misuse the platform.
• Share offensive, misleading, or fraudulent medical data.

Compliance & Verification

• Healthcare professionals must undergo KYC and license verification.
• Institutions must provide proof of registration with governing health authorities.
• Non-compliance may lead to account suspension or termination.

Limitation of Liability

• Allof Health does not provide medical advice.
• Healthcare decisions should be made by licensed professionals.
• We are not liable for errors in medical judgment, diagnosis, or treatment made using our platform.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may also close your account at any time.

Dispute Resolution

• Disputes will first be addressed through mediation.
• If unresolved, disputes may be subject to arbitration in Nigeria.
